*** Calling all equestrians - make a date at Centre Lines ***
To celebrate a recent facility upgrade and refurbishment, leading local dressage rider/trainer and competitor, Carrie Adams is opening the doors of her East Midlands training base Centre Lines at Potterhill, Collingham near Newark, Notts for a special open day on Sunday 24 October.
Carrie, a well-established British Dressage Group Two rider and registered trainer, has competed at top level and is also a British Equestrian Federation Young Horse Evaluator.
As a Recommended Associate of the Intelligent Horsemanship Association, Carrie was also invited to ride alongside the renowned Monty Roberts on a tour of the UK.
The Centre Lines Open Day will feature a number of lecture/demonstrations throughout the day, including advice on handling young stock, correct schooling for young competition horses and an introduction to more advanced work for established horses.
There will also be a demonstration of equine therapies and talks from other associated professionals.
“Over the past few months, we’ve been further developing our facilities to include a full-size 20m x 60m arena with Andrews Bowen Pro Wax surface, which has been professionally landscaped allowing for excellent spectator viewing, separate warm up-training arena, round pen, horsewalker, car and lorry park etc, plus we have taken on more grazing to enable us to expand on the breeding side” said Carrie. “Over the next few months we have a variety of clinics planned, including Computerised Rider Analysis, Pilates for riders and Dressage Test Riding days, plus our popular introductory workshops to IH techniques.
“Whether you are a would-be dressage rider with ambitions, or a horseowner who wants to improve your results, come and find out about our training techniques. We look forward to meeting you!”
