I have just had my coloured hair permed, just a light one so that my sort of wavy hair is more wavy : )
Because it has a bit of colour on i have a few slightly frizzy bits, would the no poo method help my permed hair?
All no poo thoughts appreciated : )

I would have thought it would help enormously - the natural sebum that shampoos wash out is needed more than ever if you have had chemicals on your hair. Worth a try for a few weeks IMO.

No Poo should be good for permed hair. I colour my hair and find the No Poo really great although I do still shampoo about once a month. My hair is a lot wavier now, has even started to curl into a loose curl!
