Horsey Coffee MorningWith talk and demo on Thermal Imaging By Faye Hayward of Visible Equine Saturday 2nd October 10.30 – 12.30Newlands Equestrian, Newlands Farm Newlands Lane, Epworth, N. Lincs DN9 1JADoes your horse have a mystery lameness or maybe he/she isn’t over keen to be saddled or bridled. You may be experiencing problems with ridden work such as stiffness on one rein, napping, rearing, bucking or some other form of ‘resistance’. These may be due to behavioural problems, but often it is down to a physical issue, that may have gone undetected. With thermal imaging you can ‘see inside your horse’ and possible areas of pain/discomfort etc. can be identified. Come along to find out more and have a chat with other horse owners from the area in a friendly, supportive and non judgemental atmosphere. All welcome. Admission - £5 person (under 16s free) Groups of 4+ £4 per person Tea, coffee, fruit tea (AND biscuits) included If you would like to come along please contact Garry Bosworth 01522 827527 ihra.lincs@ntlworld.com

Due to a technical problem the camera wasn't able to be used, but Faye gave a good talk and had loads of images from past horses that she had seen.
My advice is if in doubt, have a Thermal Imaging scan done. The number of horses she has scanned that have problems in the mouth highlighted following a scan is mind blowing. It is also good at showing up foot inbalance. If anyone is interested I'm sure we can arrange something again in the near future. It really is worth seeing
