We are running this course at our yard near Winchester. The day is 10 - 4pm. Morning lecture and power point presentation by Malcolm Morley a well respected and experienced equine vet, based with the Stable Close practice followed by question/answer session. Lunch. Afternoon practical session working with our horses practicing areas such as making poultice boots, bandaging, emergency first aid etc, what ever we need to practice! Cost will depend on numbers attending but should be about £20 per head with refreshments and lunch. Further details or to book ring Lynn on 01962 712230 or e-mail Lynn@hazeley.com. We look forward to meeting you.

Another fantastic day out at Lynns !! Many thanks for hosting this course Lynn. It was very informative and there was loads of hands on, which I find is the best way to learn. Also it was good to see friendly faces and the luch was fab as ever. Looking forward to the next one.

Thank you so much for running this course Lynn. Although I wasn't there myself, a couple of friends of mine were - one of whom shares one of my horses, so I will still benefit from it!
She came back from the course today very happy, having felt that she had learned a lot & had a lovely time. I know she's hoping to attend more courses with you in the future.

I can echo MrsH - very informative, and yes Malcolm was really good and the photos helped so much! Glad it was a while since I'd had my breakfast, though...
Thank you Lynn and the super ponies standing so well for so many poulticings and bandagings - and wow what an effect Sarah's temperature taking had on the little dun...

I have to agree - it was a great day! And the apple crumble was wonderful!! It was such a shame that I had to leave early and so missed the majority of the practical stuff, but still thought it was worth it anyway! Tim will definately be coming on the next one (if there is a next one?!) and I may come back just for the food! It was lovely to meet some of you for the first time and some yet again - and as Lynn says IH friendly people are the best company!!

Thanks Louise. We have a bitting day with Hilary Vernon on 11th March, an equine dentist clinic 3rd April, possibly with remedial farriery in the morning if we get enough requests, three so far really need eight. We are also planning a laminitis lecture with Malcolm some time in April this could be combined with more first aid practise if anyone is interested. Tom Widdicombe returns for two clinics this summer in June and August, we are planning an Equine Energy stretching course for August also. Do give me a call 01962712230 or e-mail Lynn@hazeley.com. for more info, dates, prices etc.
