Just wondered and what amount do you feed to your horse?
I feed 1 scoop split into 2 feeds of Ride and Relax. 1 scoop of chaff in each feed too.
What about you?

I use the calm & condition of the Allen & page range, and alfafa oil topped with sugar beet in the winter.
TBxD full scoop in both feeds of calm& condition, full scoop of alfafa oil and scoop of sugar beet.
Zangresheide, half that minus the calm & condition.

The amount of any brand of feed given to a horse cannot be generalised Melissa The amount one feeds depends on a horse's breed , size , condition and workload . For instance amount that suits a 15.hh Thoroughbred will not necessarily suit a 15 hh cob .

Faolan gets a jug (1/2 a scoop) of Quite mix in two feeds plus a cup of grass nuts a cup of alfalfa pellets and a mug of speedy beet soaked between two feeds and a scoop of HiFi per feed. Also Magnitude and a multivitamin supplement. In the summer he gets Quite mix and HiFi light, just a small amount to add his magnitude to. He is a 15.2hh Connie, but not a good doer particularly.

I used to, as it was the only horse feed I could find that didn't have 'meat' products in it. Now I feed my horses according to the nutritional requirements for them and their work load, so I don't feed cereals, only a range of forage with mineral supplements.

I feed 3/4 of a scoop of calm&condition, hi-fi, corn oil and his joint supplement twice a day (joint supplement only in his eve feed). He doesn't hold condition brilliantly in the winter and will fizz on any other conditioning feeds we've tried.

I feed fast fibre to my natives 500 grms soaked with 250 grms of alpha beet and 250 grms of top spec leisure time about a double handful grazeon they get about two gallons of water fed once a day and all look well on it without being huge. they have free access to clean water and rough grazing but non will eat hay or haylage once it gets wet so have a small haynet on dry days of haylage or sections of hay if snow on the ground but they mostly waste it and dig for grazing Forgot to add they are 13.1 highland mare ridden daily, a growing highland weanling, a now fully grown 3 rising 4 connemara and a hardworking driving dartmoor they all get the same as they swap and change feed buckets all look well on their high fibre diets make huge poos and live out 24/7 unrugged apart from the clipped highland who lives out but is rugged in a medium weight standard neck rug
