I had to move yards when I moved home which is still a 15mile round trip twice a day as nothing is closer that I can afford. My horse and I hate it and I am thinking I may have to sell him. I have developed a bad bedding allergy (he used to live out and now has to be stabled alot of the day). He is only 3 and unbroken and becoming stir crazy and needs more stimulation which I have little time for now as I spend so much of my life in a car or mucking out! I'm so torn as I love him to bits but the bills are rising and the fun is diminishing. I have tried every local horse person or farmer and have hit dead ends. Anyone in mid Suffolk up for loaning or have space for a beautiful 15.3, 3 yr old fjord x w.blood gelding?

don't give him up if you'll regret it. get some adverts up locally and start asking round for field/grazing to rent. The best places I know near my house aren't yards that advertise, mostly farmers renting their fields/stables out. this time of year is always the worst too, it is so depressing with constant mucking out!xxx

:-( i would put up a wanted ad in any where that will take it from supermarkets to post offices. also maybe take a drive around areas close to you and see whether there are houses/farms etc with horses and my drop a letter with contact details in their door explaining the situation. Also look through the free classifieds sites such as preloved, stable talk etc! hope you find something soon!

I'm sure someone in Suffolk/Norfolk was advertising for a horse to share livery with them (full turnout)
Whereabouts are you, pm me if wanted. Have you been on the IHDG board for the East Anglia area, there may be someone on here who knows of a better place to be ?
