RIP little travellers foal who was fataly injured yesterday on Heath Common Wakefield.
You probably didn't have a name, but I have watched you grow for the last month. Such a pretty little thing.
Run free at Raimbow Bridge.

Gem, It ran out into the road at about 7.30am on Friday morning and was trapped under a Vauxhall Frontera. It was the loveley little grey foal ( a late one) which was usually on the left hand side as you go into Wakefield. I work in Normanton, and live in Sandal, so I used to watch it every day when i was in standing traffic. It is so so sad.

Oh no Ann, I know just which one you mean. That and the bay one (or 2?) always stood out against all the coloured ones. How horrible that it was trapped under the car - poor poor baby.
