He came with a bit of a story behind him.......
Bought as a present by a bloke for girlfriend, giy comes home one day and catches G/F in bed with his best mate.....they split up (obviously) and giuy calls YO's vet to come and have Nipper (as he was called then) PTS.....Vet refuses, as he knows YO will take him in. He arrives, and name is promptly changed to Trubble.
We *thought* he was a gelding, but weren't too sure, but he was put in with YO's hunter gelding and heavy cob mare in the barn for the winter, we didn't want him bothering our two elderly shetland ladies if he was entire. One day, Beauty (cob) was led down, and we caught him sliding off her after attempting to cover her....so we had to do a pregnancy test on a 15.1 cob mare...the vet was in stitches when we told him why!
YO had just bought him a little in hand bridle and was going to show him next year.....
Why do these little ones have such massive characters, and leave such a hole when they go??
Emma xx
