Do not use Clary Sage within 24 hours of drinking alcohol as it is euphoric and can have a similar effect as drinking. Also it is best to only use Clary Sage in the evenings, ie when you are not planning to drive or operate machinery.
Do not take Essential Oils internally - some can kill! However it is OK to use Tea Tree in water as a mouthwash or dab it on a tooth abscess.
If you are using essential oils daily for a particular condition it is best to change the oils used regularly (weekly or fortnightly).
Please seek advice if taking prescribed medications.
Generally oils should be diluted before use to avoid skin irritation and overdose. However Tea Tree, Lavender, Chamomile may be used neat on the skin. (we call these the TLC oils) lemon oil can be used neat on warts and veruccas
