Definitely worthwhile, even if you haven't got 'problems' but want to perfect what you do.
Carrie came to do some longreining uphill, to help sort out a confidence problem in our ex-racer. He would follow other horses, but stop or panic if he had to go in front. I knew what to do but couldn't do it on hills (I can't go fast on the flat and breathe either.) Carrie also had better timing and more expertise. She then came to help with his lateral work and gave us some good tips for building up his ability to perform it ridden. She also rode out to help with his confidence on the roads, so I learned a lot more about how to tackle sticky problems, even on a hack.
No matter what level you're at, I'm sure there's so much an RA can teach you. They have had so much experience yet think the same way that we do, help you understand what to do and why to do it that way too. RAs are the best thing next to your horse.
