I have to say, that altho' I normally don't like coloureds and cobs leave me cold, your mare is stunning. I think SS3's idea is good, because it would maintain the nice action your mare seems to have. Try the stallions websites, stallions direct is one, you'll see a lot of nice horses from good studs. Another option is a good PRE, you'd get something slightly lighter but still nice and round and with extremely good action. Avoid grey stallions unless you want a grey.
It doesn't really matter where the stallion is if they do AI. I have worked out that even though there are a lot of vet costs, it is hardly any more expensive than sending a mare off to stud for several weeks.
BTW, you need to budget between £1000 and £2000 to get your foal on the ground.

Oooh I like the idea of IDx Kinzzy! Am no expert on breeding but I think that would be a lovely combination. There are some very good ID stallions out there
