Fair play to her living her dreams. She's one of few celebs I have some respect for as she does actually do some graft for her money these days and does use her assets well.
my only hope is that she is marked fairly through her progress and is not placed highly purely on fame factor alone.

mmmmm interesting analysis on this one! a/ imo having an extremely well trained horse can hide many rider faults for a while but they do eventually start to show cracks. b/ money can buy you the best horse and trainer BUT to be one of the best comes from an inner ability. c/ as much as i admire jordan (to a point) publisism is most definetely a craving that she has to have. d/ how on earth does a mother with 3 very young children find the time to even think about serious training never mind blooming olympics? e/ is it her husband who is going to dress up as a horse (panto style) to enable her to do this?

Before i saw that interview i would have wished her all the best, but it made my skin crawl, it was soooooooo uncomfortable to watch. It makes her sound ridiculously stupid. Maybe im a snob, i dont know, but i do think that although she is clearly horsey, she is living in dream land and that in the end money wont be able to buy her what she says she really wants.

Thing is, she will have to earn her place same as the others, so either she'll put in the work, and make it, and therefore good luck to her - money aside we all know how hard riders have to work to get the best out of any horse.
If she doesn't make it then she doesn't make it.

I think she did really well in her interview actually. I completely agree with her about the partnership you form with a horse etc. She says the first thing that comes to her mind and i think that makes her honest and believable. She genuinely has a care and love for horses. She is having a go and like she said your only here once why not??!! If she does ride her horses everyday and she is willing to put the work in then all the best to her. She has an absolutly GORGEOUS horse that could easily take her there. She has grown on me il admit i was not keen on her extremely publicised entry into the horse world it seemed another way to make money etc and her clothing range is..... er dare i say it a bit chavy, taky and expensive. But she has fitted in and some people like her clothing i thought she was very brave to go to HOYS so if she does go to the olympics i will enjoy watching her test. She has alot of work to do all we can do is wish her luck and wait and see. bumble

I like her, she's honest but blunt. If she makes it then good for her, she will not be selected unless her riding is up to scratch so it's all down to her. I think she is a very hard working individual and an extremely savvy business woman. Good luck to her.
