Not sure how big he'll be, his sire is 14.3hh and his dam 14.2hh. So I'm guessing around that height. I think he's about 13.3hh now.

Have only just seen this but I did remember when you got him in the summer as a youngster so couldn't have played anyway, but saying that he does look so different from then. Is the friend that advised you not to buy him eating their words yet seen as he has grown into such a stunner?

What a good memory you have 'Gem and Spencer'! I certainly haven't had a full retraction from my friend, but she did say he looked nice in the latest photos! She's hopefully coming over to the uk in the Spring (she lives in France now) so it will be her first chance to meet him.
He's certainly not the quiet, underfed, doped yearling she thought he was!!!!

Thanks sarah, maybe I will! I am certainly going around in circles around it right now! Really interesting to see the photos of this little boy-what are you feeding him Rummi? Or is he just on forage?

Bailey had some extra grass for the first few weeks, in a seperate paddock, as he waited to be gelded, then recovered. He was then out with Rum and another horse with restricted grass as I didn't want him getting too fat too quick!
He had a bit of extra grass each day as i put him in a grassy paddock while I rode Rum.
His feed was alphabeet and high fibre cubes - quite a lot for the first couple of months then less as he filled up and out! With this, he had Magnesium oxide, Brewers Yeast, Herbal Health (seaweed, rosehips, spearmint blend) and a couple of handfuls of linseed lozenges.
He now has the same as Rum; alphabeet, magnesium oxide, cider vinegar and Herbal Hoof (seaweed and rosehips).
I'm lucky as I run my own horse supplement ebay shop so I get my supplements at cost-price!

Thanks for that Rummi, very interesting. There is so much choice! At the moment my youngster won't eat anything that isn't grass or hay though, so I need to work on that first! I might try some sugarbeet to entice him. Your horses sound like they have a better dinner than me!
