Sorry guys.. but I really respect and enjoy your remarks and observations.. This is a quiet, laid back 16h 6 year old I'm going to see and possibly trial. Good to do and quiet in all ways. What do you think. Apparently no superstar at jumping according to the owner. No riding remarks please, he's a nice lad and not my son. I would want her for hacking, RC and perhaps a wee hunter trial or two. She has great brakes and prefers to travel behind in company.

My only concern (and this might sound dozy) is going from Blue's chunky cob legs to these ISH models with my hilly field to deal with. I suppose it depends on how careful she is with herself. I had two similar youngsters here years ago, one was contantly dinging himself up, while the other was perfect! She's pretty, and I admit I like pretty, but pretty is as pretty does I know. I need to find out what she's like hacking alone too as that's my principal thing.
Will two mares together do well as companions? Never had two before. The other is a dote.

She looks lovely and yes mares are fine together unless nature dictates otherwise we have only ever owned mares (bred one or two boys)

I had a lovely mare years ago and have a feeling (here she goes with the feelings again) I will get a girl this time around.

If it helps, we have lots of hilly fields with all different types of horses on them and we don't get any freak injuries, and also, Hatty was with another mare on their own for about 7 years before that mare died of natural causes and Sherb moved in to keep her company. She looks lovely as well! Good luck :-)

I really like her, she is lovely. And I can't see why two mares won't work together

She has a lovely kind look about her. I think TB legs are actually quite tough, so I wouldn't worry about your fields. (((((hugs))))) for the wibbles x

No comments about the riding? OK........... but she's trying so hard despite what looks like less than sensitive handling, so that's a good comment isn't it?
She does look nice and more of a laid-back person than the other one - just going by those pics!
