Oh wow, How lovely to read this! I lived in North Wales (Rhos-on-Sea) for a couple of years when I worked in Bangor and my OH and I used to get out and about in the mountains. Possibly the loveliest walk we did was up over Aber falls to the top of Carnedd Dafydd and down the other side to Lake Ogwen. I had no idea there were "special" wild ponies up there and wholeheartedly agree that it would be lovely if they had more recognition in their own right.

think thats really nice what the farmer dose for those pones dosen hurt then just helps them out of his own will

The more we can actually promote the ponies as being their own proper breed, the better the market will get for them. I love my pony--she's clever, she's pretty, she's an absolute BRAT, and everybody should have one just like her. I think a lot of the ponies in that muster were her relatives! Interesting to see a lot of local faces I either know or recognise as well
