Dani, can't you just host a meet-up, I think there's enough of us being able to offer some info/entertainment - a low key event ??

Why not do something at your yard Mariaana?

Oh, my yard isn't posh enough - and I would have to check with the farmer... it would be so much easier to do it at a "commercial" proper yard!

Hi mariaana, i could do but am due to move out of my yard maybe at the end of may or june. I have decided to leave as there isnt enough hacking! (i was originally told i could cross the road and hack but i now cant, grrr!!) Can't bring on horses along a main road and no fun either!! Therefore, i could hold a get together before then if people really wanted! Otherwise i havent been able to find another yard yet so may be looking for grass livery for the mean time for my two boys. Do you do grass livery? I'm currently living very close to you (at grove heath liveries) but unfortunatley they don't do grass livery. Also do you have a roundpen at your yard? Mine will just be in storage so you could borrow it for a while if you wanted one? xx

Yes let's have a get together before you leave ! I will bring loads of treeless saddles for people to look at. If we can borrow a horse, I can also demonstrate how all treeless saddles do not fit every horse I've pm'd you dani.

what a shame an event can't go ahead after all, if every one is insured on their own horses, why do you need extra insurance, only asking because I dont know about such things; I am planning a Show clinic just for friends at my home for my Birthday in august, now I am worried I will need insurance too? advice please

think im replying the same things on different threads now. We can have a meet up, maybe on the bank holiday weekend at the end of the month? I'm not completely sure about how insurance works for just a meet up rather than a big open day, any ideas anyone? My horses have insurance... and yes your grass livery sounds good if it wasnt so far away! x
