All horses must travel with a passport. quoted from their website
arg they wont take horses without passport. mayb contact them to see about the old mare, defra has confirmed in email that she can travel solong as passport is applied for within 30days of arriving in uk

Gem it is per horse. I got them to quote to pick up three horses and they said 300 + vat per horse. Hopefully that would be the old Percheron, I would try and take a preg mare, and I think maggiesmum was trying for the gorgeous bay colt. If there were more horses Im hoping it might be slightly cheaper.I think a few other people are thinking about it. Im sure if DEFRA have agreed that no passports is fine, they will take them, I think the website is just quoting the general rules. This is an exception that has been okd.

Ok, so I had a pm saying to contact Lucy about seeing if they had the correct paperwork to travel, but wasn't sure which Lucy they meant. I really want to look into buying the mare and coloured foal if someone could help me it would be appreciated. I will be looking to get them over here as soon as possible, so if anyone has any more transport offers I'd be happy to hear from them. XX

XX If you pm Lucy (that's her log-in name on here as well as her real one!) letting her know which one you want she is speaking with Karin (who lives local to the dealer and is keen for them to be rehomed rather than go for meat) who knows the horses and what papers they have. Lucy is bilingual - and better to have one person phoning Karin than lots; got very confusing! Good luck.
