Oh goodness I did not notice that - so sorry. I held the chestnut, then one of the blacks. Both blacks are absolutely stunning. None looked in particularly poor condition, not like Amour. The chestnut had insect bite bumps all over her tummy. She was sweet to hold. One of the blacks was also very sweet and one was really scared. When are you getting yours?

How exciting for you. I would love to have seen that giant one! They were all around a similar height - 14hh. No more I think. Let me know if I am way out. Guinevere is very settled. She has the 15 acre field all to herself tonight. There are two horses fenced into a diet paddock in the field too so she has company. The link to her 'blog' is here: ihdg.proboards91.com/index.cgi?board=area41&action=display&thread=1185914585

hi, the horses that sixfootblonde saw would have been 1 of mine ( black) and both of welshcobs who I havent seen yet.melissas lorry had tila and rose on,both very poor chestnuts, they are both french trotters actually and rose really is 2 as she has full studbook papers.all the others just have their microchip papers which have their age and colour on but little else,so sorry melissa but I dont have any detail on lafuns origin except that he is 12.Jupiter is the name of iwillbuys cob who is also fully papered as a normandy cob.Sorry, sixfootblonde,I forgot what the stud was called that your mare is from, its german,I will ask again and write it down!! Sat down finally tonight and had a good cry ( not me atall!) Its just so awful that all these horses ended up where they were, and when you see the look that most of them have when they are being held by a human,it is so sad,I just cant believe that we all live in a world where thibgs like this can happen, how can people do this? We MUST all get together with the ILPH,its our only chance to stop at least some of this suffering. The horse is such a noble creature, how can they come to this? For all those of you that are homing one of these horses, take a look in their eye and I think you will see what I mean. Please give them as much love and patience as you can,and never forget what they have been through so far. I'm sure you all will,Sx

WOW 39!!! Sarah, I said on another thread about doing a little website about ours and listing the new ones perhaps? If the companies contacted do not answer then maybe they would agree to putting a link from their site to ours. It is a good way to get people aware of what really goes on. German? As in a german breed? Or she is from Germany? Or it is just a german name? Thanks Sarah
