I don't think the ingredients of Cortaflex have anti inflammatory properties in themselves, to be honest. It doesn't have MSM in it either. Global Herbs do something called Bute X, which has boswellia and MSM in it and can be used short term.

I echo what others have said oneofmanysues and recommend you get some help from RA or similar..........it will greatly help with your confidence imo. Imo a longer lead rope actually gives you more control not less...............less strength needed and you are further away and safer. You could try it in the school to get your confidence with it when doing ground exercises. I think you are wise to stick to the school atm. Do think about an RA though....it is imo very well worth it even for one visit. Good luck.

Thanks very much everybody for all your advice. I'll get some Bute X and find somebody to help me get back to enjoying Silco again.

When i was away working i had to deal with a horse that did the rearing, double barrelling and jumping on you lark when being turned out. It was the most scary thing to have to deal with, so i know EXACTLY how you feel. I literally had to unclip the leadrope, duck down a bit and run like h*ll, otherwise my head was going to be knocked off.
Because i was the only one never to complain about it, it always seemed to be my job.
Dont really have any advice on how to stop it though, unfortunatly.
