Go for it Angblue, I am sure that you will not regret it. I only really realised when I re-read my case study (probably very vain but you do need sometimes to remind yourself of things) that I very rarely think about the weakness in my knee when I am riding which I am sure is down to my sessions with Jo. My team still fuss about protecting my knee (most of them don't even know about my back, does not do to be too much of a drama queen) but where I used to think "This is going to hurt" I am now a typical RWYM student "Have I go equal weight in each seatbone, etc..". Jo is really approachable & although TFT is a bit alternative it paid off for me. Let me know how you get on x
