Both little Po's got new Cuddly Ponies saddle cloths and headcollars and little boys got an extra pressie, the Cuddly Ponies fleece as well, spoilt little piglets! Will have another present each in new year when they are clipped out, they get their full neck heavyweight rugs then if Santa helps me win the lottery! And they always have a huge bag of carrotts and mixed veg dinners from Dads!

Phoenix will get apples, carrots, turnips and polo mints for Christmas dinner. Then I think I'm going to treat him to some Boa boots (or Old Macs haven't decided which yet) as he's just gone barefoot and our bridleways are way too stoney. This will have to be New Year pressie though!

Mine are getting new name plaques for their stable doors!
I work for a charity which works with people with learning disabilities, and, to raise funds for the charity, the service users have been making house number plaques from donated ceramic tiles, grouted and varnished to be weather resistant.
I saw them and thought they looked lovely - so i asked if they could make bigger ones with the horses names on, and they said they could.
So my boys will be the proud owners of totally unique name plaques on Xmas morning.
But.......knowing my two as i do, they would be more appreciative of a bag of apples, carrots, parsnips, turnips and swedes....so they can have that too!

Well, nothing I'm afraid, except my love and some carrots! I will not be seeing him for a few weeks as I am away for a bit and I have also had an op on my eyes and must keep away from dust, dirt and sterenuous activity!

Ginger has already had plenty of pressies this year- including his Marquis boots and a comfort bridle. Just so he thinks Santa has been, he is going to get lots of veggies hidden round his stable and a bit of guinness in his tea.

Hi Sandy1 - well, the hand made name plaques are really lovely, if a little long (but then one of my horses is called Maverick, so the name itself is pretty long!).
I'm hoping that some people on the yard ask me about them, and i might be able to get some orders!

Ok, bought Ria a can of Guinness yesterday for her xmas breakfast (nothing like starting early) and for her xmas dinner. Just hope she likes it. I've also saved some apples and carrots that I will put in her dinner too. May even pinch some of the fresh Veg that my mum buys for our xmas dinner and add those too!! Went to the local off-licence last night. When the lady behind the counter asked me if I would like original or draft Guinness I said "original I guess, its not for me, its for my horse!!" You can imagine the look I got!! lol
Merry Christmas everyone xxxx
