Well done!! Was it tandem? Are you going for your jump levels - its only about £15 a jump once you're qualified.

It was a supprise prezzie for my OH's 30th birthday - he also loved it. The jump did have some side effects though - 1) nothing i can think of would give you the same adrenaline rush - so have to do another jump. 2) you constantly look at the sky checking the weather and wishing you were up there !

I remember the scariest thing about my jump was the guy that I was strapped to. On the flight up he asked me if I was scared - I said no. He then stroked my knee and asked if I was scared now!!

hehe, glad you enjoyed it. I did a jump about a year and a half ago, it was a tandem. Same here; the scariest thing was the man strapped to me!

Congrats you brave soul. Me - I could never do that (too old now anyway lol) but petrified of heights. The thought of that high up brings me out in a hot sweat and goose bumps.

I would recommend it to anyone - before i went i was scared of flying and heights lol ! But you have no height perception at all as you are so high. I was strapped to Dave who was very funny and relaxing and I felt completely safe with him - he was quite yummy lol. It has given me confidence all round - im doing my 1st XC training day tomorrow and cant wait ! Can any of you post a piccie for me ?
PS your never too old ! there were people in a formation there who were 60+
PPS I had a heart OP in May - its fixed ! Just put my ticker through its paces lol
