As it says really. I am being given some ducks from someone who can't manage them anymore but I already have 4 and don't want to overload my pond. I think 4 are Khaki Campbells, and there is a muscovy and a trio of little white jobbies! I am happy to deliver within a reasonable distance but would rather they go as pets than dinners!!!

Wey heey - got a friend looking for some near Skipton North Yorks - will email her now - but only know her work email so might be next week before I get a reply - is that ok? She has a couple of acres and a stream and a stupid chocolate lab called Arnold. Duck deff not on the menu for these folks! We ( Sally and I ) would have them like a shot, but with loss of grazing immenent....I love ducks! I bought three years ago at Clitheroe Auction and called them - Milly, Molly and Mandy. Turns out they were Billy, Bobby and Randy!!!! hey ho - no eggs for me then! However they have lived a long and happy life on the canal ( even when we had left the property - they just went feral!) and are still quaaking today!!!!!

My mate Nellie at Hebridean - she lives at Bradley, nr skipton and she has been asking me about ducks and chickens cos she seems to think they are hard to look after - LOL! She is a love, nel, and would dote on some more pets! Her hubby is a bit 'why do we need more trouble' but her and the teenage kids are really keen! Can I give you a bit for Jen1 to take tommorrow? I'll stick it through your door in the morning! C U Soon H

I don't suppose you fancy a day out to visit old friends do you?? I know three ladies that would love to see you.
My friend has lost a couple of her ducks and the orchard is now looking very bare!

Please keep this thread up - I will pick up the ducks early next week. There should be enough for your pal to have some Clair and yours as well NaturalNeddie! Would also love to see my ex horse Clair! I'll give you a ring - I've got some time off this week.
