I went shopping today, after asking OH if there was anything he wanted! He said no! Then he came home from work, opened the fridge and said 'dont like fajhitas. dont like lamb. dont like this. dont like that!'
ungrateful sod!
So as punishment for his extensive sinning i did a stir fry! Just noodles and veg which i know he hates! Mean i know but he deserved it! Always have dinner wating for him when he gets home and STILL he whinges! Hope he is feeling hungry now............ lol!
Just made myself a quick pudd that is yummy. Chop up a few bananas and chuck em in a frying pan with a tiny bit of butter. Brown then scoff. Best pudd ever and kind of healthy!

We had Chicken Chasseur or sorts - based on a school recipe of my daughters and absolutely delicious, but I only had half the ingredients and threw other bits in to make up for it!

We had jacket potatoes, mushroom and gruyere quiche, broccoli and carrots. Going on holiday first thing tomorrow, so needed something quick and easy.
Mmmm - I agree with you about that pudding Lucymj - one of my favourites - especially with a dash of rum or brandy! ;D

chicken with italian herbs and oven chips with coleslaw too! very nice too! when my oh had the cheek to ask what he was having for dinner his jaw hit the floor at the retort "dunno, what you cooking..." he soon took the hint to not take having his dinner done for granted!
