If you hit a blank on the Friday Ad trail, you might want to find the details of one or two saddlers/feed outlets in that region and ask them to display pic and ad, as someone will probably recognise him as being a horse belonging to someone they knew I would hope. Just a thought.

Do you have his passport? Is he reg with wetherbys? I fhe is you could look up his racing history and find out who trained him, then maybe find out where they sold him on to.

I have been in touch with Weatherby's & they are sending me a blood sampling kit so we can check his parentage etc. I need to know why he was sold in May & what he had been doing before that. The woman I got him from was scared of him hence why he was kept poor. He is stunning now & I love him to bits. Just want to know what happened to him, bless him. E-mailed tracing horse's but not had a response.

Turns out my boy is not Monarch after all. Weatherby's are 99% sure my horse is Leitrim Express but I am having him blood tested to be sure. If he is this horse he is actually only 9yrs. He is a real sweety & is now going superbly. I love him lots & would not be without him for the world! Will take some more upto date pics shortly.

Vet coming out tomorrow to blood test him & do another markings form for Weatherby's. Then I have to sed it to Ireland & result could take upto 4 weeks. Whatever the outcome, I love him & he has a permanent home. x.

Try Cliffe vets - they are the main horse vets in Lewes as they might know although not sure they could tell you who she was. Notice up at Acre Feeds, Stone Cross - they are the big feed suppliers around here. Only suggestions

Not sure they can with just a blood sample. Markings had to be done & signed by a vet. Hope it doe's not take long as would love to know my boy's true identity.

Someone must know my boy. Are there any people in the Lewes area? He is now in loving & permanent new home. He is much loved & we are making real progress with his ridden work. Just would like to know any previous history & about his racing career. Any info much appreciated? Anyone have any May editions Friday-ad? Ad said sale due to loss of grazing & ex-race needing schooling. He is 16.0/16.1hh, bay, Thoroughbred. Still awaiting info from Weatherby's. Anyone???
