its not as good as Kelly does it, plus I am doing it with a mini :)you had to back up without stopping, no pause
its not as easy as it looks
the clip in track bottoms was bad day, I RA arthritis now so was having bad day, but it helped taking my mind off pain

Aw Sunshine is such a good girl. Sorry about your RA. Do painkillers help? Its good to see what others do with their non-ridden equines. Must look on fb for these exercises as my cob is non-ridden at the moment. She's recovering from laminitis at last so we just do in-hand walking etc. which to be honest is a bit boring for both of us as it is in the arena. I'm taking things very cautiously as she has had some setbacks. Your ponies look very well-behaved.

Thank you Cobby, its lovely to hear from you and a reply to my thread, its very quiet here lately Thank you re Sunshine, she is a dairling, she never knows what I am going to come up with next sometimes painkillers help, I am taking horrible drugs they give you for RA, I have good days and bad, so make the most of the good days,plus its important to keep moving, use it or lose it so to speak I am so sorry to hear about your cob, bless her, laminitis is a horrible thing I used to have other big horses so had lamintis in the past, plus a pony who was old and she had cushings, so know what your going through I am sure in no time your cob will be back to her old self and your both be back doing loads of other things again Take care and Thanks again for being so kind
