How did you do it? I'm feeling bit chunky after seeing wedding pictures Sent from my SM-G800F using proboards I was just strict with myself PB. Ate healthier and more often, very guilty for skipping meals then coming in late and making something quick. Now I meal plan and cook extra to freeze so if I am late I have something to heat. I was lucky as well because in myself this year I have felt so much happier, I struggled with PND for the first 18 months or so after Ro and that's when I put on all the weight through snacking etc so I think it's been a combination of these things. I don't eat take away food often but I was a fiend for chocolate so if I was having a bad day I would allow myself a wee treat. It's easier to stick to it if you have the odd treat.
