There was a thread but I cant mind much about it. However I might look into it, since having Ro my hair is greasy all the time,or going wild, there is no winning. Will let you know my findings.

Hahahahah ....... Im just going to cut down on the chemicals if i can. There was a shampoo coconut thingy which was recc but looking at ingredients the sulphates were second on the list after aqua.

I think that the general conclusion was to wash your hair in conditioner and leave out the shampoo. I tried to do this but it drove me mad so now I use any shampoo which does not have sulphates in it and conditioner to match. This keeps my itchy scalp under control and leaves my frizzy hair shiny. Some are very expensive so I order on line Bentley organic which is a whole lot cheaper than most.

You can use beaten egg, but don't have the water too hot lol.... And lemon juice to lighten it then fry.. I mean dry as normal xx

I can't afford the expensive stuff either troop as my husband and I live on pension credit. However, I was being driven crazy by an itchy scalp which only calmed down when I started using non sulphate shampoo. I even tried the Aussie stuff but it was no use. Thankfully, I can just about afford the Bentley organic stuff and take full advantage of any offers they have going!

I get itchy, scabby (yuk) bits with most makes of shampoo, but not with Dove. As I'm an older! lady I use the Dove Pro-age, and also the Nourishing Oil ones. Works wonders for me. The aussie stuff didn't, made me itch, and made my hair flat and greasy. x
