That's the sort of thing I would do, hope you are both feeling a bit better now..
I went a group walk last Sat with dogs, when I got home and for the rest of the weekend, I kept having pain on standing up round about my replaced knee.. turns out it could be muscular strain... only me....when it "goes" it's enough to make me feel sick and want to greet

SI = sacroiliac joint. The bit where your spine joins your pelvis, basically. Facet joints are the joints between the little bits of bone which stick out from each vertebral body. If you look at a spine, the vertebrae are stacked in a column and they have little "wings" sticking out from each side. The joints between the "wings" are facet joints. thanks Jenny

Well been for a check-up and see consultant.........he is quite happy with things and see's no reason to pin anything........so now have a nice thermoplastic custom made shoulder/upper arm brace lot better than plaster of paris and much easier to cope with as well.......so back to see him next week and hopefully things will be still on track
