The email of the ebay UK CEO is on the CEO website. I used it when they tried to stitch me up over my saddle, after they did a PROPER investigation, including actually looking at evidence, they refunded me in full including postage AND I had the saddle back www.ceoemail.com/Go get 'em

Got my refund, sold some wellies hardly worn , scrubbed in bath so submerged in water, they were geniune muck boots she paid 27 quid for em, she is not saying they were ripped and filthy , told umpteen times to send them back but no she wants a partial refund , she says she has uploaded pics on ebay of them? Told her umpteen times I cant see them, and to send back for a full refund , but no she will keep them as spares for her son ! I give up , then theres here, some folk are just fcktards, apart from that world hunky dory!

JEEZ!!! sounds like iuts a good idea to give Ebay a wide berth!! saying that I do want to sell a saddle? dare I? It's like a lot of things - you only hear about the problems but there are thousands of trouble free transactions every day. I have sold at least four saddles and a whole lot of other stuff over many years plus bought loads and had two problems (a fraudulent attempt to get money without sending goods - eventually sorted by ebay after a rant at them) and a buyer of a saddle who seems to have changed her mind and tried to say it wasn't as described. Ditto sorting out).
