Just bliddy tell 'em Sale of Goods Act, faulty cough up a refund or replacement or you'll make a claim against them! Get them on the phone and don't let them go til they comply. Was it from eBay? Maybe they could help? You are within your rights (I think you know this) and as previous poster said there is alway trading standards , Good. Luck!

Raise a dispute on ebay Jen - they pretty much always find in favour of the buyer and will direct the seller to refund your money when you return the goods.

I have jill , its mended, but im not really happy with either trigger clips on it ive asked for half my money back, that was before its arrival, tbh tbe mend on the leather is fine, but the clips are awful and out of line, I feel all they have done is is stretch the spring inside the trigger

Oh, must have missed this one, Jen.
I think, but only think, that the Sale of goods act allows them to repair, so check this out first.
We had a settee where the tops of the buttons kept popping off and if I remember correct providing they were prepared to keep putting them back on there was nowt I could do. Having said that it was some years ago, so check it out.

Oh, must have missed this one, Jen. I think, but only think, that the Sale of goods act allows them to repair, so check this out first. Repair, refund or replace. But if the goods were not as described, ebay will insist that they refund the full price (including postage) when you return the goods to them. Check the description in the listing to see if it was described as perfect, good quality etc etc.
