Eating healthily, exercising regularly (I work on a busy yard and also have mine to do!) and running three times a week. Now been on this loss plateau as it were for two weeks. Help?!

I have been dieting as well, lost 1st & 3lbs then hit a wall. Started taking raspberry ketones (H&B 100mg own brand) and it's kick started the weight loss again.

Her Wills, I've seen those raspberry ketones advertised on FB, thought they might be a scam, do you feel they have really helped you?

It might help to do a different kind of exercise - our bodies become super efficient when doing the same things over and over
instead of running how about cycling?

They have helped me, I could really feel a difference after a week and a visible difference in 2 weeks. I'm not as hungry as I used to be so no longer snack (through boredom) between meals. I have seen them advertised online at ridiculous prices - they are usually a higher dose as well & I know a few people who have had sweats & headaches - I buy mine from Holland & Barrett about £6 & never had any issues.

Thanks for the advice. I've tried the raspberry keytones - and the T6 fat burners, great results from them both. Cycling may be an idea! If I had time for a gym I would love to Go, sadly horses mean no extra hours or money to do so!

cut the calories a bit more? or eat a bit more, your body may have slipped into starvation mode so it will hang onto what you are eating.
The best exersize apparently is walking, or swimming. weights etc, only serve to build muscle

My oh introduced a "blow out day" occasionally when he hits a plateau. So for one day he eats what he likes, usually carbs. The next day is painful as he is hungry coming back of the carbs but it does seem to kick start his metabolism again.
I think the op who said our bodies get very efficient doing the same thing hit the nail on the head, so if be looking sure a day or two of hard exercise or a different way of eating.
