I know it's been tried before, but does anyone want to try it again?
I ask because once I've bought and read a book, it then becomes a dust collector.. I sent one to Troop today that she wanted to read..
I thought that may be there might be others who do the same?
We can either send the book on, and once it's read return to the owner or pass on again if owner doesn't want it back..

Got literally stacks of books gathering dust, run our of space on the bookshelf so they are stacked in boxes in my bedroom.........some I can't part with they are like old friends waiting to be revisisted and reread, and some I bought and didn't like.....family despair of me sometimes passing a charity shop I have to go and have a rummage round the book section, or get them off Amazon am thinking of converting the big walk in cupboard in my room to a sort of 'book nook' will give me more space tro fill with books!

My reading is limited.. I'd like to read Liz Jones' book Fur babies.. I've already read The Exmoor Files - how I lost a husband and nearly gained rural bliss.. It was quite funny.. Passed that on to Troop now..
I also have a book called Midnight Bayou which I really enjoyed.. I may read that again. And I have a totally ludicrous book called The Apcolypse of the Chocolate Bunny or something like that.. You really need a huge sence of humour for it... It's set in Toytown where all the fairytale characters live and someone is going round murdering them all.. Haha it took me about 4 month to read it

Terry Pratchetts Disc World series is another favourite of mine Anne McCaffreys Pern series with dragons etc, not normally a lover of science fiction type stuff but hers I will read, Anne Perry another good read.......mostly set in Victorian times but very well written, and she has first hand knowledge of murder being one herself albeit many years ago now..........her and her best friend killed her friends mother as they did not want to be parted from each other, both got prison sentences and on release it was with the proviso they never got back in touch with each other, she speaks about it quite honestly and openly on her website.

Troop if you want to read it, I'll send it down, but I need it back by Christmas .......
The proper title is.. The Hollow Chocolate Bunnies of The Apocolypse
here's the description
Book Description Publication Date: 8 July 2010 Once upon a time Jack set out to find his fortune in the big city. But the big city is Toy City, formerly known as Toy Town, and it has grown considerably since the good old days and isn't all that jolly any more. And there is a serial killer loose on the streets. The old, rich nursery rhyme characters are being slaughtered one by one and the Toy City police are getting nowhere in their investigations. Meanwhile, Private Eye Bill Winkie has gone missing, leaving behind his sidekick Eddie Bear to take care of things.
Eddie may be a battered teddy with an identity crisis, but someone's got to stop the killer. When he teams up with Jack, the two are ready for the challenge. Not to mention the heavy drinking, bad behaviour, car chases, gratuitous sex and violence, toy fetishism and all-round grossness along the way. It's going to be an epic adventure!

I remember seeing that... Can I borrow the book, please?

It was film called Heavenly Creatures, her original name was Juliet Hulme ( I think) Julz Anne has never written a book about her past as she says 'its well documented'. The other girl involved was Pauline Parker, she came to England after she was released from prison and made her livign running a riding school in Kent, she changed her name to Hilary Nathan and both over the years have said that the relationship they had with each other was not a lesbian based one although at their trial it was suggested and both have since the triual expressed their remorse on more than one occasion

Just passing books on and either they can be returned to owner of books or just passed on to new owners.
