I spent all morning in yard mucking out etc yesterday all good and this morning i come downstairs put the washing in the washing machine and bang ..... took breathe right out of me half hr to get from shed back into house to kitchen for painkillers then had to wait for OH to bring me a stick so i could walk took me home so i could sort horses (he had no times to help but bless him for coming to pick me up). Mum helped with haynets and then it took me 4 hrs to get yard cleaned. Livery was pretty crippled today and so i couldnt ask her to do it. Lost the rubber stopper on my crutches in the mud sad times. Finally back home meds kicking in so feeling better but OOO\WWWWw so fed up!

Ouch, poor you that's rotten luck. Have you got some decent prescription painkillers/anti-inflamms? Hope you feel better tomorrow.

It's terrible when that happens, have you asked about physio or an osteopath through the NHS? If not might be worth a try they can both be a very big help. Hope you're feeling better tomorrow.

Got pretty good meds (DHC and Diclofenac or Naproxen) cant see an osteopath due to the nature of it but been physio lots over the years! Feeling better today than yesterday. Took hr to sort yard instead or 4 hhaha. Gonna take it easy for few days!

Poor you, troop, as if you hadn't got enough problems to sort out. Hope the pain eases off soon.

Hey troop, are you okay? Just seen a news report from just down the road from you - looks like hell on earth out there. Hope your hatches are well battened down. Take care.xx

Its pretty horrendous this end but so far its all ok other than my hay supplier cant travel down with hay and im nearly out :/ . Powercuts so keep losing internet and dogs getting very tetchy. I put horses to bed early which i think they were happy about. My brother meant to be visiting but seeing as trees are falling down amongst other things its not looking good so far. Back has settled down again thank god. Not tried anything except physio. There isnt exactly anything around here and it would cost me a fortune in travel alone before even paid for a treatment.
