On 27th September 2013 my gorgeous, selfless and brave little girl Emily will be shaving her hair off for MacMillan cancer care, also donating her hair to the Little Princess Trust who make wigs for children suffering hair loss. When I asked Emily if she realised how she would look with no hair, she replied "at least I have the choice mum, i'm so glad that I am well and not having to shave it". Very well done Emily! One of my friends daughters has just done this. What a wonderful thing to do. It will certainly help to make someone much happier!  |

The deed is done  . Emily had her hair shaved at school in front of her year 5 & 6 peers who were all very supportive. They all sang along to "proud" and clapped and cheered.
