We have a real mix on the farm where I keep mine. Some fields have tillage on them and some don't and the hayledge produced is marked accordingly, there is also small bale hay. Zarello and Angel get the first type of hayledge as they are out 24/7 even in this weather and are constantly moving around, but they have not had a lot, as they are on 30 acres, just the two of them, that still has lots of grass. This year I have not used any hard feed so far, and they both look really well. Little Silver, however, with her WSA friend are only on Hay, as neither of them are doing anything, they are also out 24/7. I have different weight rugs which are used depending on the weather. My Yard owner is brilliant, my horses are cared for as if they are her own. There are other TB's and Working hunters on the yard who are also on the rich stuff, and some cobs who are on the lower grade stuff, who all look brilliant too.
