Yep, only a tad. Lexi is going to the vets tonight, looks like she is bliddy well coming into season again! She first came in when 6 months and it lasted 5 weeks and now 9 months old and she looks like she is off again............!!
Could be the pyo thing though or poss false pregnancy which I dont think it is the false pregnancy tbh, so she has to be checked out tonight, then if it is another season she will have this and then 2 months after be spayed. Clare didnt want to do it so early as she will still be just under a year old and big dogs take longer to grow and mature, but if needs must........
If it is another season I need everyone to keep everything crossed for a short one this time, at least not 5 bliddy weeks cause she was like a tap on the first!!

Thanks, James.
Well she is in season again and is very sore round the bottom half of her tummy, but thankfully nothing more sinister. She didnt think kindly when they wanted to take a swab from her female parts either, growling and turning on the vet, so a muzzle was awarded to her face. She has had an anti inflammatory/pain killing injection which should last 24 hrs and she has been sleeping like a baby all night, bless her. We have to let the vets know when she finishes her season and then 2 months later she will be in for the op.
Also they think she has and this is deffo a spelling mistake in the making, alopechia, so we have a horse that is low on copper, another one who has had teeth rotten and taken out then sinus probs, then gastric ulcers and the last horse with laminitis. Bella the Staffie has had demodectic mange which the vet says is very rare, but yes she had it!!! Am a bit peed off as every animal with the exception of the rabbit who will be 12 next year has had or has something wrong with them. Am beginning to wonder if we are bliddy fated. Oh, forgot the ex batt chickens we had all died mysteriously too..........I am NOT having anymore animals........EVER!!! I wouldnt care but we look after them all very well, do what is best for them and still the sh!t falls........sigh........

That's sad to hear, Gwen. Please take some comfort from the fact that you do absolutely all you can for them

Aaaw Gwennie, you do everything you can for them too. A least the ex batt hens had a happier ending than if they were still living in a battery home. Your rabbit 12! Wow! Ours is 6 and. Thought he was doing well, I have been expecting him to Karl it anytime really but may well splash out on that new hutch after all, he deserves to be comfortable for the possible next 6 years!
