The Auction closes at 9pm tonight. This is what happens next.
There will soon be a list of all items in the auction, with the name of the winner and the amount of the winning bid. The list will be updated to show payments received as they come in.
We're open for payments now!
BIDDERS
- Any bids posted after that time (so the time that appears on the post) will not count. Michelle or I will check shortly after 9pm and, if there are any invalid bids, will post on the relevant threads.
- If you think you have won, please check the thread and make sure yours is the last valid and check the amount you need to pay.
- Make your payment. If possible, please use PayPal, using the reference/payment address ihcharity@yahoo.co.uk. PLEASE GIVE YOUR DG NAME AND THE ITEM(S) YOU ARE PAYING FOR.
- You will receive a PM confirming that your payment has been received.
-If you have successfully bid on a service (e.g. RA time), your donor will be informed that you have paid, so you may then go ahead and book your session.
- If you have bid on an item to be made for you, your donor will be informed that you have paid, so you may then go ahead and arrange with them for your item to be made.
- If you have bid on an item to be posted, sit back and wait for it to arrive.
DONORS
- Please do not post or arrange anything until your receive a PM or email confirming that payment has been received. As well as having the list here to show payments received, you will also get a message from us confirming it.
- For items to be posted, we will also give you the address. If you have asked for a contribution towards postage, please liaise directly with the winning bidder.
- For all other items, the winning bidders should contact you to arrange bookings, etc.
If you have any questions, please post here rather than PMing as your question/answer might answer someone else's too (and save my delicate digits the extra typing!).
