Sad end of 10yr tenancy forces me to look for new grazing for our horses (2 of which are rescues and 3 are nearly 20!). Basic essential needs:Min 7 acres, within 10 miles of Bridgend and allow 24/7/365 turnout access. Flat area for schooling in field. Will Consider:1* Only Grazing: Facility to allow temp winter stable for 1, maybe 2 of the oldies, but must have some type of field shelter or allow me to build one (towable or permanent). If one big field, be allowed to either fence it into 3 OR erect electric fencing to rotate etc. Flat rea to use for schooling or erect a temp lunge ring. 2* Grazing with Stable, will only need max 2 stables at any time, essential to have one. 3* Farm or Yard to develop: Would need sufficient grazing to allow my own and other horses, but would consider an opportunity to develop my own yard with only a couple of liveries (not many people, prefer horses - less risk of being stabbed in back, bitchiness, troublemaking etc etc lol. 4* Small holding with accommodation. Must allow dogs! 5* Equestrian business management/development as sadly lacking in my area! So, instead of seeing it as total devastation as i have the last month, im now looking at much wider options lol. Any ideas, help, suggestions etc as im getting very

NOT what you are asking for exactly but if your still stuck new yard opening 1 may in llanharry, near pontyclun. you would be required to rent stable each and turnout is at a premium but turnout 24 hours in summer and turnout on woodchip with stabling overnight in winter. as new yard there are 5 spaces going together luckily. though they may go as im now starting to advertise.
