I can feel my hips now but nowhere near how they usually feel. Sometimes in my lessons I can only manage about 20 mins and if I do the whole hour I can't get off.
I found that the movement and the way it was explained to move with it actually helped to loosen off my back which helped with my hips. I think the main problem I'm having with them now is that because they have usually hurt that I tense in anticipation of this but today because all I had to think about was me I could just relax and it really helped. I'm hoping that now I know I can move with the movement and that if I sit properly and stay relaxed that my hips won't be too bad.
