I think you joined lurcher link before. they have lots of dogs who have had leg injuries. Also Greyhound gap forum very good for advice. I hope she is feeling a bit better this morning. x

Hi9 sorry not updated. Spud is well in herself and coping well but after vet changed dressing today he is not happy and says her circulation is not coming back and her toe feels pudgy whatever that means so it looks like she may lose the leg. Arghhhh

Oh god poor pup. I'm sure she'll cope fine on 3 legs as dogs generally do, even at her age...good luck if you decide to go ahead with it, and hugs and sympathy if you decide not to... Time for a difficult decision now - what to do for the best for a much loved friend.
