I brought three bridles over email, off of a website that doesn't have paypal check out shopping. I paid via paypal, the bridles took nearly 6 weeks (quoted 3-4) and plenty of chasing to arrive. And the quality. Well I'll let you see what you think from the photos below. I don't think they are fit for purpose. Seller will not refund, or allow me to return. Paypal decided against the claim as it was not brought through the website, but over email. Needless to say, next stop credit card company, then I guess watchdog, small claims court? Does anyone have any words of wisdom or advice? I'm not going to let it go because it's disgusting. Holes badly punched and rough/scratchy against horses face: This was meant to be a tie ring, sheered most of the way through I sent (via email luckily!) measurements for this horse of 23 inches around the nose, this is what they sent! I could keep going with the photos! Throatlast 3 inches shorter than standard, buckles used in place of keepers, material twisted and stretched in places. Lesson learnt! Don't pay using paypal unless you buy ON the website, and infact I don't think I'll use paypal off of ebay again!
