Wanted a at least 1 bed cottage etc with 5 stables and small amount of land (don't need loads of ground as we have native's) can pay up to £950 per month and my husband could do some maintenance etc or i could do other horses for someone if on a livery yard (we are living on a livery yard at the moment which is find but owner not ideal  ) pm me if you have any ideas would prefer to stay in North Devon area but all will be looked at. |

Our old YO was trying to let out her little yard with a cottage not so long ago, I don't think anyone moved in so it could be available still. The yard is just outside Appledore behind Northam Burrows, so you can ride onto the beach. You could rent adjacent grazing from a local land owner who is pretty reasonable. Just a warning YO is rather eccentric! Let me know if you want contact number.
