Hello
I am looking for a safe, non spooky horse to buy in the Devon area. Must be 200% in havy traffice, everything else I can work on. 7-12yrs 15-15.3hh. No green youngsters please or TB's or heavy vanners please, but would love a LW coloured or spotted.
Would like to do a bit of everything, but mostly dressage. 3 good paces, manners and sure footed.
In return I can offer this horse a wonderful experienced private home in the country, with company who will enjoy a variety of activities.
If anyone has one or knows of one I would bbe eternally grateful, as I am tired of responding to adds and travelling hundreds of miles, only to discover the horse is nothing like described.
Thank you all for reading this

15.3hh very quiet & easy, weight carrying cob mare. She is very pretty and has a lovely nature, she is always the first one up to you in the field for a stroke and is friendly without being pushy or in your face. She has a nice pace and isnt a boring plod but she certainly isnt going to gallop off with you, she will walk and trot on nicely but you would have to kick a bit to get a canter, so she's not going to frighten anyone. She hacks out well alone & in company and isnt bothered by traffic. She would make a really nice maxi cob, it's hard to find this type of mare with height and bone and she is particularly unsusual because of her colour. There are more pictures of me riding her on the moors on the 'May' page.
£3500
this is one from properhorses I tried to copy the photo but it did not work.. sorry ... look in June 2011 ..

Hi
Can I ask what you mean by heavy traffic as people's definitions can vary greatly! I know of a 15hh coloured mare who may be suitable. She is MW and very smart, no feather. I know she's regularly schooled and has done some dressage comps and showing but i'd need to ring the owner to see how much hacking she's done on busy roads as they keep their horses on the edge of dartmoor. I think she is up for sale for £4000.00 but may be open to offers. Let me know if you'd like me to find out more/get owners phone number.
