I believe Hemp from the body shop is supposed to be good stuff. Anything thick and gloopy though Vaseline Intensive is good too. Horrid sore hands eh

I have tubes of L'Occitane hand cream everywhere and put it on regularly. It has a high percentage of shea butter and it keeps my hands soft. I never let them feel dry, as soon as they do, I put some cream on.

Wear gloves all the time and then when I remember I put Vaseline intensive care handcream on or Neutrogena. I dont really take enough care of my hands and am quite embarressed by the state of them!

Drapolene baby cream last thing at night before going to bed, it heals up all the little cuts and scratches and keeps them soft.

Aqueous Cream from Boots.......Absolutely brilliant You get a big tub for £5.00 which last about 6-7months, I've never had cracked & sore hands since using this.

I spend about 6 hours a day outside and do human massage so my hands need to be looked after. I use Neutogena norweigan formula hand cream all year round, I put it on just before I go to bed and sleep with socks on my hands through the winter to help the cream stay on the skin

I usually use Avon handcream or Neutrogena, but haven't seen an Avon catalogue this year and didn't get round to looking online. Haven't been near a shop to get any Neutogena, so Got some "Burt's Bees" handcream from Amazon. I've been putting it on overnight, with moistursing gloves as well as after washing my hands. It certainly seems to be doing a good job and my hands haven't cracked yet!

Neutrogena foot cream! Or cheap and cheerful Atrixo. Have tried various expensive creams but they just don't work as well as these two options.

L'Occitaine is nice but I find it too greasy.
I prefer Liz Earle hand cream, really rich but not greasy or if I want something that soaks in without leaving any greasiness whatsoever (eg: if I'm sewing) Zoom hand cream.
