I’m expecting to be featured on BBC Berkshire’s Andrew Peach breakfast show on Tuesday 27 April.
Maggie Philbin will be coming to Greenacres Farm Livery in Eversley to talk to me and to three of my clients, Louise, Harriet and Laurence – well worth the early start (6.30am at the yard, so leaving home at 6).
Should be fun, so I’m hoping it stays dry. Many thanks to Louise for her tremendous support in hosting the visit, and to Harriet and Laurence for generously providing their lovely horses for me to work with.

Great fun with the radio stuff on Tuesday. The radio car couldn't get signal at the yard, so we had to play with the horses for a few minutes and then retreat to Louise's (beautiful) house next door to broadcast via the telephone line. I never knew what Maggie would ask next, and a lot of seat-of-pants flying took place! Managed to deflect Maggie from telling the world that she had just seen a horse "being chased" around the pen, though!
All three horses illustrated their allotted points like pros - Verdi with a textbook join-up, Breeze backing breezily keeping the smile in the line, and Fleurette very, very brave with the plastic bag streamers.
The show will be available on BBC iPlayer until the weekend - select BBC Berkshire, then Andrew Peach, then Tuesday 27 April. It's a three-hour show and we had five slots, approximate times being: First clip - 44 mins 20 seconds in 2nd - 1 hr 23 mins 30 secs 3rd - 1 hr 46 mins 25 secs 4th - 2 hrs 23 mins 20 secs 5th and last - 2 hrs 50 mins 20 secs
As before, thanks for Louise, Harriet and Laurence for their support.
