I'd look around and see what else was available.. if there's other yards that are just as good in other ways and don't have a pain in the backside YO the move, if not then put up with it where you are. How does he react to someone answering back, I'd be tempted to say 'its not my mess and I'm not cleaning up after other people' if there wasn't a danger of being kicked off right then!

Do it what have you got to loose, he won't want to loose a livery. Make sure you've found somewhere you can move to should you need to but I would bet he would back down.

i would be tempted to get the broom and swept the mess back into her stable. and leave her a note saying that your getting it in the neck for her mess, so all the abuse u get from YO you will be passing directly down to her till she sorts it out! I have a similar problem at my yard and I do just this!! ;D I also photograph the school or leave YO a note saying 'I used the school today and there was a poo left that i am NOT picking up' and it had got loads better.

TBH I'd have a good look round before making a decision, then do a list of pros- and cons- of each. There will be good and bad sides to all of them - some of which you may not find out til you get there, granted - but deciding to move is only going to help you if you've got somewhere to go. Hope you get something sorted out. x
