Regular TS Balancer is 25% protein and their cool condition cubes are less than 10% sugar and starch combined. Do you need a low protein balancer for some reason?
I have clients over here competing at 2* and 3* level eventing off CC cubes. They're calorific, but as with any calories, if you feed more than the horse needs, they will give weight gain. If you feed to meet energy needs, they won't give weight gain. Their conditioning index is 12.5mj/kg, which is about the same as competition mixes but with significantly lower levels of starch and sugar. I feed them to my EPSM horse Lutine for maintenance, because she's a thin coated Anglo Arab who lives out, and to Mascagne for weight gain.
Starch levels don't get printed on most feed companies' bags because the bag labels are meant to meet labelling rules and the rules don't require starch. TS will tell you the starch levels (and anything else) if you call or email them though.

Opti-Gro is bit high in protein at 20% So's my haylage at 10.6, but I only feed 500g of Opti-Gro to each 650 kg horse per day, so I get the mineral balance I want. The other thing they get is Speedibeet.

Didnt realsie it was a balancer, only had quick look. Will just hae another look I think it's marketed as a foal pellet, so probably a bit confusing. It was recommended to me by an independent equine nutritionist to use as a balancer - so far, I'm very pleased with the result.

Mags - have you looked at Equi Jewel from Saracen Horse Feeds? www.saracen-horse-feeds.co.uk/products/39183379/equi-jewel/I have Kite on it now and through last winter and it was brilliant for weight gain without causing fizziness. Its low starch and has Vit E and Selenium. Are you looking at it from an EPSM standpoint? I'm just finding out how much molasses it has in it...
