How long do you wait for your farrier?

I've had unreliable farriers before and they're a pain in the ar$e. The farrier we have now is fantastic. Brilliant with the horses, punctual, reliable and available in an emergency. He does a lovely barefoot trim on Tex too and is really supportive of barefoot. I love my farrier. He has a waiting list for clients as he's so popular.

My farrier is cool he only take 1-2 days but i must say he told me off for texting him as he never got around to replying to them and by the time he remember the text it was a couple of days later, So now i call him and always give the money to him once he has shoesd april.

i know thjat sense of relief-so pathetically grateful!! and then it all starts again in 6 weeks!! glad hes now got his new shoes and you had a lovely ride....
