Reading the book and Bill Dorrance's explanations of direct and indirect feel, it feels like the manual that you felt you needed, after you finished reading your first Mark Rashid.
A fabulous useful book, with exercises you can do to develop or fine tune your 'feel.'

oo bloomin eck.. just spent 50 squid on Amazon.. rest of Mark Rashids books, the all encompassing Paul Belasik Book AND this tomb of wisdom.. I may not be on the DG very much .. will have my nose buried in American Horsey books..

Gosh my copy is still buried in a box somewhere in the shed!!
It is a fantastic book...well what I've read of it so far. It did however take me a little time to get used to the style of writing, Lesley has written it as Bill spoke to her.
Definitely a book to own!!

I agree about the style. I'm also feeling like I'm waiting for something to happen, it's a slow start... but, I will persevere
